Club Management Software -- Toastmasters International maintains this page of web links as a service to its members. It contains a listing of free software for Toastmasters clubs, including some that offer features similar to those provided by ClubScheduler.

Speech Timer -- One of the most important skills in learning public speaking is the ability to consistently speak within defined time limits. Speech Timer allows you to practice as if you are speaking in public, so that you'll have confidence in your ability to register the cues of the timer, and deliver your speech in the time you want. Speech Timer can also assist the timer in a Toastmasters meeting. Speech Timer allows you to fill in the name and the time of each speaker, and even produces a Timer's Report.

Club Assistant -- An older, but more widely publicized Microsoft Windows application for scheduling roles in Toastmasters meetings. We provide this link for those interested in comparing ClubScheduler with other scheduling software applications.

Clubmate -- Although designed more specifically to meet the needs of Rotary clubs, this application offers many member management and tracking features. It's probably too expensive for most Toastmasters clubs, but may be of interest to some.
